The company has recently completed an acquisition of a 75 percent equity stake in United Arab Emirates-based KEF Holdings Ltd., an integrated valve manufacturer and provider of steel castings. The new entity combines Tyco’s product knowledge, operational expertise and advanced flow control technology with deep experience in design, local manufacturing and customer channels. Tyco Flow Control becomes the only valve manufacturer with an integrated foundry and valve manufacturing plant in the region.
